SBC Executive Committee is seeking a part-time Preschool Ministry Supervisor to oversee birth through 4-year-olds and align activities with church vision. The role focuses on engaging families with the Gospel and coordinating ministry efforts across staff and volunteers.

The position requires a professed believer, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Formación

• Must be a professed believer of Jesus Christ and baptized.
• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with children and families preferred.
• Willing to be part of church staff and maintain confidentiality.
• Background check must be successfully completed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Preschool Ministry in line with the church vision.
• Attend weekly staff meetings.
• Coordinate calendaring and scheduling with the Executive Pastor.
• Develop relationships with preschoolers and their families.
• Create and manage the Preschool Ministry budget.
• Coordinate and lead Preschool VBS and baby dedication with the Children's Minister.
• Order snacks and supplies; ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Ensure all paid and volunteer positions are covered on Sundays and Wednesdays.
• Provide teacher training as needed by staff.
