• Experience with early childhood development and classroom management.
• Ability to plan developmentally appropriate activities and adapt to individual needs.
• Strong communication with parents and guardians.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
• Provide direct instruction and guided learning experiences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Supervise children at all times according to school policies.
• Establish predictable classroom routines.
• Teach age-appropriate social and behavioral expectations.
• Encourage positive communication and problem-solving.
• Support children’s emotional development and self-regulation.
• Provide opportunities for hands-on learning and exploration.
• Communicate appropriately with parents/guardians.
• Maintain required classroom records and documentation.
• Work cooperatively with administration and other staff members.
