Job summary

Freehold Borough Public Schools is seeking a Preschool Teacher Leave Replacement to cover a vacancy at Freehold Learning Center. The role supports students in a Preschool program under the guidance of the district and collaborating staff.

The ideal candidate holds NJ Certification appropriate for grades N-8 or Preschool-3, with strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive education. The assignment runs from 11/30/26 to 6/30/27 and is prorated accordingly.

Qualifications

• Preschool teaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge and training in Tools of the Mind Curriculum preferred.
• Understanding of New Jersey Preschool Teaching and Learning Standards.
• Understanding of Special Education programs, modifications, and accommodations.
• Be familiar with various behavior modification plans and strategies.
• Possess proven interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong speaking and writing skills.
• Work cooperatively with grade level teachers.
