Job summary
Somerset Hills YMCA seeks a Lead Teacher for the Preschool classroom to implement a structured, engaging curriculum designed to prepare children for Kindergarten. The teacher reports to the Director of Child Care and will lead daily routines, manage the classroom, and ensure health and safety standards are followed in line with NJ DCF requirements.
The role requires a CDA Credential, a Bachelor's in Education or Teaching Certificate, and relevant early childhood experience.
Qualifications
