Job summary

Cadence Education in Franklin, WI is seeking an Early Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations and Cadence programs under supervision. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment that meets developmental and behavioral needs, including those with IEPs.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, adherence to licensing policies, ongoing meetings and professional development, and opportunities for CDA or tuition reimbursement as part of growth within a 340+ school network.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
• State licensing requirements must be met for employment.
• CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children are treated with dignity and care.
• Greet children and families daily and establish professional, welcoming relationships.
• Assist in recognizing and responding to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs including following IEPs and behavioral support plans.
• Support Lead Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence-approved tools.
