Building Kidz of Roswell is seeking a friendly Lead Teacher for 3-4 year olds. You will engage families, ensure safety, and support developmentally appropriate activities in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood settings and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Strong organization and teamwork.
• Understanding of BK policies and governmental regulations.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to families.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current and prospective parents and family members; provide customer service and build trust.
• Comply with BK and all governmental regulations regarding the care of children.
• Understand responsibilities as a mandated reporter.
• Keep the Director informed of information regarding care and safety of children.
• Arrive on time and be dependable; follow call-in procedures.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per BK requirements.
• Assist with other daily center duties as needed; show initiative.
• Attend staff meetings and training days; participate in events.
