Rellim Kid Kare Konnect in Conyers, GA is seeking a caring, experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to guide classrooms of 3- to 4-year-olds at our Conyers and Decatur centers. You will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where preschoolers can learn, develop, and thrive.

The ideal candidate has a background in early childhood education, holds a relevant credential, and can communicate effectively with families and center staff.

Qualifications

• CDA, TCC, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a classroom of 3- to 4-year-old children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and positive classroom environment.
• Use positive classroom management techniques and establish consistent routines.
• Monitor children's progress and maintain classroom records as needed.
• Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, and center leadership.
• Follow center policies, health and safety procedures, and applicable Georgia childcare licensing requirements.
