Job summary

Celebree Enterprise is seeking a Preschool Teacher for a full-time position at Celebree Schools. You will create a welcoming, engaging classroom aligned with state standards and partner with families to support each child’s development.

You will develop lesson plans, supervise activities, and participate in Celebree’s growth programs and ongoing training within the organization. A relevant degree and classroom experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field.
• Alternative: degree with 30 ECE credits and 1 year of child experience.
• Alternative: associate degree with 30 ECE credits and 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and maintain displays.
• Supervise children during activities and use positive discipline techniques.
• Maintain classroom appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Complete daily reports, accident and attendance records, and other paperwork.
• Support and direct the assistant teacher for orderly classroom functioning.
• Communicate with parents regularly about development and classroom happenings.
