Cadence Education in Folsom, CA is hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher to create a warm, welcoming classroom and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum under the direction of the School Director. You will lead classroom operations, support children’s growth including those with IEPs, and maintain safety, licensing compliance, and positive family engagement.

Preferred credentials include an associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education; 6–12 months classroom experience; strong English

Qualifications

• Ability to follow all safety procedures and licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a structured, caring classroom environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, inclusive classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and families and maintain ongoing communication.
• Recognize and respond to diverse developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs including IEPs.
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Use Cadence systems to communicate with families and staff.
• Maintain a safe, well-supervised classroom following policy.
• Document accidents and behavior appropriately.
• Follow company policies and participate in trainings.
