Job summary

All God's Children Preschool & Childcare is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher for four-year-olds. You will develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum under Iowa standards, with responsibility for a session or two, and oversight of an Assistant Teacher.

You will align teaching with AGC practices and collaborate with the Director. The role requires a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and one of three endorsements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• Must hold one of the endorsed Teacher Endorsements #100, #103, or #106.
• Ability to implement Creative Curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Delegate duties to Assistant Teacher.
• Establish a positive classroom atmosphere for all preschoolers.
• Observe and utilize Creative Curriculum GOLD assessments.
• Coordinate with Director and AGC policies.
