Responsibilities:

• Create an engaging, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Implement age-appropriate, fun lesson plans that promote holistic development; curriculum is provided, with opportunities for creativity.
• Maintain positive relationships with children and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
• Assess and document children's progress to tailor instruction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the educational experience.
• Ensure safety and adhere to health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood or related field, or
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and 2 years of experience, or
• 9 college credits in relevant fields with a plan leading to CDA, or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
