Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Teacher to provide high-quality classroom programming, planning and implementing daily activities aligned with Developmentally Appropriate Practices and WMELS to foster a positive learning environment.

You’ll develop weekly plans, observe and assess children, communicate with families, maintain records, and ensure a safe, healthy classroom. Registry Level 12+ preferred; strong communication and teamwork required.

Qualifications

• Registry Level 12 or higher preferred or equivalent ECE credits.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Maintain a positive, patient and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement weekly plans aligned with YoungStar DAP and WMELS.
• Provide warm, nurturing care to the children in your care.
• Maintain ongoing observations and assessments of enrolled children.
• Plan and implement daily activities to support goals for group and individual children.
• Assess each child’s development and provide individualized planning to support their needs.
• Complete and maintain required records for children and classroom.
• Communicate with families and help to engage them in their child’s learning.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment through required disinfecting/sanitizing procedures; report hazards to Center Director.

• Assess each child’s development and provide individualized planning to support their needs.
• Complete and maintain required records for children and classroom
• Communicate with families and help to engage them in their child’s learning.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment through required disinfecting/ sanitizing procedures; immediately report any hazard (indoor/outdoor) Center Director or next in charge.
