The Malvern School of Washington Township is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Preschool classroom. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday and focuses on delivering a high-quality early childhood program aligned with The Malvern School philosophy.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s or associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, with required experience, and will maintain a safe, engaging classroom while communicating regularly with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field or 30 credits with 1 year of child experience
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with ECE credits plus experience with children
• Associate’s degree in ECE or related field with 2+ years of experience with children
• Associate’s degree with 30 credits in ECE or related field plus 3+ years of experience with children

• Plan, supervise and implement a superior Early Childhood Educational program.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through technology.

Education

Job Summary
