Job summary

O2B Kids seeks a Lead Preschool Teacher to join a multi-center family. The role involves preparing meals, supervising preschoolers, and ensuring licensing standards are met across the center. Training scholarships and credential support are available as part of ongoing staff development.

The position offers a part-time schedule with potential to cross-train for full-time hours in nearby centers, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Training and experience is preferred; some positions may require credentials.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required for some roles.
• Food manager certification may be required depending on the center.

Responsibilities

• Work a part-time shift Monday through Friday from 7:30am-1:30pm (possible to cross-train for full-time hours).
• Prepare meals and snacks for preschool students.
• Prepare snacks for school-age students.
• Order food and paper products.
• Uphold licensing requirements.

O2B Kids began in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has grown widely throughout Florida, Georgia, Missouri and several other states as well. We also have several new centers on the horizon!
