Job summary

O2B Kids is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher in Missouri to deliver engaging early education, run lesson plans, and support licensing compliance at a nearby center. You will partner with families to meet each child’s needs and foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Training and experience is preferred, but we are willing to train and support education through scholarships.
• There are some positions where specific credentials may be required.
• CDA, Associates Degree, or higher is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work Monday - Friday for full time employment.
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum.
• Maintain licensing requirements.
• Complete required assessments and observations.
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom.

Lead Preschool Teacher

O2B Kids is a part of O2B Early Education which began in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has grown widely in Florida, Georgia, Missouri and Minnesota, with MANY locations on the horizon, including several locations in each state.
