Responsibilities

• Adapt classroom activities to allow participation for students with varying abilities and needs.
• Administer daily living care and medical/non-medical assistance for student safety and development.
• Collaborate with teachers to support IEP goals.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by the IEP team to meet student needs.
• Deliver academic instruction to individuals or small groups as directed by IEP/benchmarks.
• Maintain instructional materials and student records for reliability.
• Monitor students to provide a safe, positive learning environment.
• Attend meetings and trainings to stay updated on procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the program.
