Job summary

The Preschool Teacher of Children with Disabilities/Case Manager at Child Development Services supports children ages 3-5 with disabilities and serves on the IEP team to ensure IDEA-compliant services. The role combines classroom teaching with case management at the Circle of Learning preschool in Gray.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, calendar year, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 403(b) plan, and a professional development

Qualifications

• Certification 282B (Teacher of Children with Disabilities - PRE-K) required.
• Successful background check, criminal records, and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Teaching preschool children in a preschool classroom
• Case managing the IEP process for each child, including writing annual and amended IEPs
• Writing Written Notice for each IEP meeting
• Collecting data for each child in the preschool classroom
• Supporting the supervision of Ed Techs in assigned classroom
