Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Children's Pre School Gymnastics at Team Central Maryland Heights.

You will lead the program, develop staff, and deliver a high-quality class experience that supports healthy enrollment growth. This role combines teaching in the gym with office administrative duties and occasional travel to other Olympia Gymnastics locations, exercising leadership with professionalism and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Experience growing a program or increasing participation and/or enrollments.
• Background in gymnastics, cheer, ninja, tumbling or dance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular coaching, feedback and mentorship to staff.
• Assist in identifying, recruiting, and hiring staff who align with the company's culture and values.
• Maintain consistent instructional quality across all classes.
• Ensure curriculum supports athlete progress, confidence, fun and self-esteem.
• Maintain a strong department safety record and ensure staff are properly trained in all injury and emergency procedures.
• Support enrollment growth and retention within the department.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with athletes and families.
