Flowers Early Learning in South Haven, MI is seeking Preschool Associate Teachers to support classrooms serving ages 3-5. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role with a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The pay ranges from $15.71 to $19.24 per hour based on credentials (HS diploma, CDA, AA, or Bachelor’s degree). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum – High school diploma or equivalent with one year of relevant experience.
• Must complete CDA credential, child development apprenticeship or associate’s degree within two years of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist lead teachers with instruction and classroom management.
• Clean and prepare foods and classroom materials.
• Implement curriculum and conduct ongoing assessments and observations.
• Use developmentally appropriate practices per Head Start standards.
