Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred or 6 months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred or HS diploma/GED required.
• There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster learning through play.
• Communicate with parents about children's adventures and achievements via apps and discussions.
