Job summary

Youth In Need in Missouri seeks a Preschool Educator to foster a warm, development-focused classroom and partner with parents to support children's growth. A Bachelor's or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is required; with a related degree, 36 hours in ECE/Child Development suffices.

CDA Credential can be pursued with employer support. The role is hourly, starting at $22.14 with the CDA credential or $16.29/hour before; CPR certification and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

This Position

We are interested in Preschool Teachers with a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Early Childhood education or Child Development from an accredited college/university. A related degree will be considered with at least 36 hours in ECE/Child Development. If you do not have this degree, we will support you in obtaining a CDA Credential.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years' experience working in a Head Start Program or a licensed community childcare program, preferred.

Driver's License and ability to be CPR certified are required.

This is an hourly position, starting at $22.14hour with the required CDA credential or equivalent or $16.29/hour prior to obtaining the required CDA credential or equivalent.
