The ideal candidate holds an Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, is director-qualified by DCFS/IDEC, has 3+ years of experience, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to train staff in digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations including staff scheduling, hiring, events, and family communications
• Recruiting, training, and retaining a strong educator team
• Maintain records and Observe classrooms; provide constructive feedback
• Engage families and community; address parent concerns promptly
• Represent school at community events and manage a professional communication channel
