Celebree School seeks a proactive School Director to oversee the talent, brand, and daily operations of an assigned location. You will coach, develop, and motivate the leadership team, including the Assistant Director and Operations Support Manager, while maintaining strong community relations.

The School Director oversees the talent, brand, and operations of an assigned school to ensure the Celebree mission, vision and values are upheld. Our directors coach, develop, and motivate their leadership team consisting of the Assistant Director, Operations Support Manager, as well as their dedicated team of teachers and school staff. They actively develop and maintain positive customer/community relations. They are responsible for maintaining high‑capacity utilization and managing all resources effectively and within budget.
This position requires comprehensive knowledge of state licensing and regulations and a thorough understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children. This position requires the ability to manage a large school; strong leadership and organizational skills, patience, flexibility, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
