Celebree School is seeking a dynamic School Director to lead a Celebree location with a focus on safeguarding, educating, and nurturing young children. You will guide staffing, curriculum alignment, and compliance with state regulations to deliver exceptional childcare services.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication. You will oversee talent development, community relations, and day-to-day operations to ensure a high-quality learning environment.

The School Director oversees the talent, brand, and operations of an assigned school to ensure the Celebree mission, vision and values are upheld. Our directors coach, develop, and motivate their leadership team consisting of the Assistant Director, Operations Support Manager, as well as their dedicated team of teachers and school staff. They actively develop and maintain positive customer/community relations. They are responsible for maintaining high‑capacity utilization and managing all resources effectively and within budget.
This position requires comprehensive knowledge of state licensing and regulations and a thorough understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children. This position requires the ability to manage a large school; strong leadership and organizational skills, patience, flexibility, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
