Guidepost Montessori is seeking a bold, driven Head of School for our Mansfield campus to lead daily operations and educational excellence. You will drive enrollment growth, build a strong staff culture, and ensure the highest standards of Montessori practice across classrooms.

As campus leader, you will own budgeting and profitability, partner with the Assistant Head of School, hire and mentor teachers, and cultivate a thriving community of families who share our mission.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a school or campus.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori pedagogy and practice.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to hire, develop and lead high-performing teaching teams.

• Hands-on teaching experience in an early childhood education setting
• Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director for a preschool
• Familiarity with the Montessori method — or a Montessori certification
