Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Must possess a valid Arizona drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must pass AZ DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card before start.
• Able to pass a company paid physical exam before starting.
• Able to pass DES Centralized Background Check before starting.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily activities and routines per program guidelines.
• Support families and children with learning activities in a hands-on preschool setting.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the classroom.
• Collaborate with staff and supervisors to ensure program objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively with families about child progress and needs.
