The Learning Experience - Clermont - Golden Eagle is seeking a confident, results‑driven Preschool Center Director to lead operations, enrollment growth, family service, staff performance, and compliance across a busy learning center in Florida.

You will balance exceptional childcare with strong leadership, ensure licensing readiness, maintain curriculum quality, and drive ongoing center performance while building lasting relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of center leadership/management experience.
• Florida Administrative or Director credential.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of enrollment growth and occupancy goals.
• Conduct tours and communicate program value to prospective families.
• Lead and develop center staff, ensuring a professional, inclusive environment.
• Ensure licensing compliance, health and safety standards, and daily operations are met.
• Support curriculum quality and teacher development.
• Monitor financials, payroll, and tuition collection at center level.
• Collaborate with ownership on budgeting and performance metrics.
• Drive family retention, satisfaction, and referrals.
