The Learning Experience is seeking a Preschool Center Director with daycare/preschool leadership experience. Lead a vibrant team, ensure health and licensing compliance, and drive enrollment growth while managing operations and finances. Strong credentials and a bachelor’s in ECE are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year (required).
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, fostering trust, rapport, and inclusivity with diverse groups.
• Ensure the center environment adheres to health and safety SOPs and licensing regulations.
• Build and maintain a highly qualified staff through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
• Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum to drive engaging learning experiences.
• Drive business results: retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations (accounts payable/receivable, P&L, payroll).
• Engage families with in-person and virtual tours; organize community marketing events to raise awareness.
