Learning Care Group is seeking a Center Director for a preschool in Tampa, FL. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach teachers, and ensure the program delivers high-quality early childhood education in a warm, engaging setting.

The role requires 21+ years old, a HS diploma (CDA/AA/BS in ECE preferred), and 1–2 years supervisory experience. Commitment to state standards and family partnership is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; CDA, associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Must meet state education and center requirements.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage center staff, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Ensure operations comply with company and state licensing standards.
• Inspire and foster a caring, educational, and safe environment for children.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
