Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to support a warm, engaging learning environment for children. You’ll follow licensing guidelines and company standards, maintain a clean, interactive classroom, and communicate with families to promote growth and learning.

You will engage in ongoing training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule with part-time hours and a pathway to advancement.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop observation, assessment and planning for children; communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
