Job summary

Liberty Kids Preschool in Arizona is seeking a Preschool Site Director to oversee daily operations, ensure a safe and high-quality program, and lead staff toward curricular excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory or site management experience in childcare or preschool.
• Experience leading curriculum development and staff evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Leads site operations, upholding the mission and goals of Liberty Kids Preschool.
• Ensures compliance with licensing policies, procedures, and state regulations.
• Oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, and discipline of staff.
• Manages curriculum standards and maintains high instructional quality.
• Coordinates family communications and manages enrollment and child-to-staff ratios.
• Oversees site budget, orders supplies, and monitors inventory.
• Leads safety procedures, emergency training, and facility maintenance.
• Conducts annual staff performance evaluations and coaching.
