Cadence Education in the United States is seeking a Preschool Bus Driver to transport our young learners safely between school and home. You will greet authorized pickups with a smile and ensure safe handoffs every time.

Daily responsibilities include inspecting the bus, keeping it clean, and verifying it meets state licensing and DMV standards. You’ll stay current with certifications, support teachers when needed, and participate in trainings to grow with our community.

Qualifications

• Meets state preschool and bus driver requirements.
• Qualifies under Cadence Education’s insurance underwriting standards.
• CPR & First Aid certification currently held.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the bus daily to ensure safety and readiness.
• Follow state rules to keep kids secure during trips.
• Maintain a clean, fueled-up vehicle and adhere to dress code.
• Create a positive environment on the bus with kid-friendly music and language.
• Stay on top of certifications and paperwork for compliance.
• Be a team player and assist teachers or aides when needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings to stay connected and grow.
