Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a CDL, pass background check, high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and child passenger safety training.
• Demonstrates empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to community needs and changing circumstances.
• Must meet physical demands of working with children.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from our facilities.
• Assist in teaching and supporting young learners during transit and activities.
• Plan engaging activities and reinforce learning in a nurturing environment.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians about children's progress and safety.
