Tutu School is seeking qualified instructors to lead ballet-infused classes for children at our East Cobb, Brookhaven, and Alpharetta locations. We value creativity, clear communication, and a commitment to our curriculum; you will nurture young dancers and support family engagement.

Ideal candidates have a strong dance background, enjoy working with kids, and can travel to multiple studios. This role offers part-time hours with growth potential and a supportive studio environment.

Qualifications

• A deep love of young children is essential.
• Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
• Able to travel to Brookhaven, East Cobb, and Alpharetta is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport with families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including restocking and sales using POS.
• Maintain studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.

Tutu School is a collection of quaint boutique ballet schools that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old.
