The Learning Experience in Princeton, NJ is seeking a dedicated Early Education Teacher to join our growing academy. You will collaborate with fellow teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and ensure a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for young children.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $17–$19 based on experience, plus paid time off, training and development, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for educating and caring for children.
• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teachers to implement our curriculum and create an engaging learning environment.
• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and health standards.
• Collaborate with peers to foster a welcoming space for children and families.
• Communicate with parents about their child’s progress via apps and discussions.
