Job summary

The Goddard School of Doylestown is hiring an Assistant Preschool Teacher to support Lead Teachers in a warm, nurturing classroom for children ages 3–5. You will help deliver engaging lessons, foster early literacy and math skills, and guide children through social growth in a licensed preschool setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in early childhood education is preferred.
• Experience working with preschool children in licensed settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lesson plans that support literacy, numeracy, and school readiness.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development during the pre-kindergarten stage.
• Help guide children in social interactions, sharing, cooperation, and conflict resolution.
