The Malvern School is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the Preschool classroom at The Malvern School of Warrington. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, supporting high-quality early childhood education and family communication.

You will help implement curriculum, maintain a safe classroom, and engage with parents to meet expectations. A HS diploma or equivalent and relevant experience are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant college credits (15) or a CDA preferred.
• At least 2500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility, or 1250 hours with CDA/college credits.

Job Summary

• Teacher assists in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Teacher maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Teacher communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.

What We Need From You

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
• At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) months of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
