Xplor Preschool & School Age is hiring a Support/Float Teacher to support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs in Crowley, Texas. The role emphasizes engaging activities, consistent routines, and strong communication with families to ensure a high-quality learning environment.

You will collaborate with co-teachers and school leaders, fostering a welcoming classroom culture and active involvement in child development and safety practices while supporting program goals.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. Xplor Preschool & School Age is seeking qualified Support/Float Teacher to support our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs.

As a Support/Float Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:
