About This Role

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at 475 E Town Center Blvd, Orlando, FL. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and educational environment that encourages children to learn, grow, and thrive using our proprietary curriculum. You will partner closely with families to support each child's unique development and build meaningful connections within our community.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily classroom activities, lessons, and hands‑on learning experiences tailored to early childhood development stages.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and supportive learning environment that complies with all health and safety regulations.
• Observe, document, and assess children's progress and developmental milestones to share regular updates with parents and families.
• Implement positive behavior strategies and character‑building essentials to promote sharing, cooperation, and kindness.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Documented experience working with young children in a licensed childcare facility or preschool setting.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and meet state licensing requirements for early childhood personnel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.

Nice To Haves

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Prior experience working within a NAEYC or Gold Seal accredited program.
• Active certification in First Aid and CPR.
