• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible and accommodating to staff, church members and the public.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Christian principles and values into curriculum and daily routines.
• Foster a Christ-centered environment supporting spiritual growth of children, staff and families.
• Lead devotional, prayers and chapel time for students and staff.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with church/school policies and licensing.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management for the program.
• Participate in staff hiring and maintain staff files and background checks.
• Coordinate calendar, events, and school-wide activities.
