The Learning Experience in Spring, TX seeks a Preschool Assistant Center Director with daycare or preschool leadership experience to join a fast-growing academy. This role demands strong leadership to guide teachers and staff while upholding our mission and values.

You will assist in attracting top talent, managing budgets, ensuring licensing compliance, and fostering collaborative relationships with families to support children’s learning and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare center or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and a commitment to maintaining full compliance.
• Proven record of attracting, retaining, and engaging high-quality teachers and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain high quality teachers and staff who are committed to our mission and values.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
• Ensure that the center is delivering high-quality programs and services that meet the evolving needs of children and families.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child’s learning and development.
• Support the Center Director in managing the center’s budget and financial planning and ensure that expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the center’s programs and services and seek out opportunities for growth and expansion.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Business Administration, or a related field
