Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with art education for early childhood.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice.
• Understanding of child development and how children learn through exploration.
• Familiarity with process-focused art approaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach engaging art experiences for ages 2–5.
• Introduce a variety of art materials in a process-focused environment.
• Encourage creativity, imagination, and self-expression.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate art with curriculum.
• Display artwork to celebrate each child's creativity.
• Support early childhood learning through art integration.
