Job Opportunity: Preschool Aftercare Teacher

Location: Saint Mary School, Alexandria, KY

Type: Part-time (M-F 1:30-6:00)

School Year: 2024-2025

Saint Mary School, a blue ribbon school, is seeking a part-time Preschool Aftercare Teacher.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma
2. Over 18 years of age
3. Minimum of 1 year working with children

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work under the supervision of the directors and lead teachers
2. Create a fun environment with engaging after-school activities
3. Implement age-appropriate school concepts
4. Encourage children in developing fine motor, gross motor, language, and social/emotional skills
5. Comply with state regulations
6. Complete 15 training hours per school year
7. Be Virtus trained and compliant
8. Prepare lessons and daily classroom activities
