HP is seeking qualified candidates for a Technical Consultant role to engage with customers, understand business needs, and design tailored IT solutions. You will present these solutions as a trusted advisor, support the sales team, and drive both technical validation and successful adoption of HP offerings.
The role requires strong communication, IT infrastructure know‑how, and experience with pre‑sales activities, including PoCs and solution demonstrations. Travel to customer sites is expected.

The Technical Consultant engages with customers to understand their business needs, designs tailored IT solutions, and presents these solutions as a trusted advisor. This role leverages technical expertise to remove barriers in the selling process, articulates the value proposition of HP products and services, and supports both the sales team and customers throughout the engagement. The Technical Consultant is responsible for technical solution development, Pre‑sales support, and ensuring successful adoption and integration of HP solutions.
We are looking to hire candidates across the below mentioned locations : California , Washington DC , Florida , Georgia , Illinois , Massachusetts , Michigan , Minnesota , New York , North Carolina , Ohio , Pennsylvania , and Texas .
The on‑target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $110k to $130k annually. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
