About the Role

The Presales Solutions Architect is responsible for developing thoughtful solutions to help our customers deliver a great guest experience. They collaborate closely with our Sales, Customer Success and Product Teams, working directly with both prospective and current customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop an extensive knowledge of the product and how it is implemented across the customer base, being the subject matter expert and conduit to customers for Product teams.
  • Design and present customized solutions and demonstrations focusing on the customer and how ROLLER can increase their revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Work with both existing and prospective customers to understand requirements, give advice and establish solutions which are both effective and pragmatic.
  • Present solutions to customers and stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with the customer's business needs, understanding how ROLLER succeeds and the cost to value proposition. They must understand the sales process and what is required to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Understand and manage the ROLLER API documentation, providing API and integration support for both prospective and existing customers, as well as the Partnership team and 3rd party integration partners
  • Understand the ROLLER database and reporting schema, providing data and reporting support for both prospective and existing customers
  • Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from customers about product requirements
  • Keep abreast of market trends and the competitor landscape
About You
  • Experience defining and securing endorsement of complex solutions spanning multiple business units and programs.
  • Excellent organization, communication and commercial acumen.
  • Capability to facilitate and foster stakeholder relationships.
  • Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Technology, Communications, or other relevant field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Solution Architect or Sales Engineer role, or experience working in the leisure and attractions industry
  • Experience using:
  • Development/Project management software: Jira
  • Database user interface software: Microsoft SQL Server
  • API development tools: Swagger Editor, Postman
  • Data warehousing software: Databricks, BigQuery
  • Business Intelligence software: Looker, Tableau
  • CRM Software: Salesforce & Hubspot
