• Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with the ability to map customer challenges to technology outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Professional Services or Sales in a customer‑facing technology role.

• Experience presenting software solutions to business and technical stakeholders, including product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.

• Strong consultative and problem‑solving skills with the ability to understand customer business challenges and align technology solutions to business outcomes.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

• Ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, HR Service Delivery, or related enterprise software solutions.

• Experience with UKG Ready

The base salary for this position is $80,800 - 116,150 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
