What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of Presales Managers and Solution Consultants in the Public Sector vertical
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Mentor and coach team members on understanding complex business challenges and product offerings
- Oversee product demonstrations, customer engagements, and proof of concepts
- Act as a thought leader and represent the employer's solutions at industry events and conferences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of overall experience in Public Sector presales
- 5+ years of people management experience within Public Sector software presales
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in a business or technical-related field
- Proven track record of driving value selling methodologies and success in selling SaaS solutions
- Willingness to travel 50% or more as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience in a technical presales role selling enterprise-level software
- Strong understanding of Public Sector regulatory bodies and their impact on the industry
- Familiarity with electronic signature concepts and enterprise-class software systems (ERP, CRM, ECM)
- Demonstrated public speaking and thought leadership in the Public Sector space
- Experience in building and enabling a rapidly growing team
