    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    - Lead and manage a team of Presales Managers and Solution Consultants in the Public Sector
    - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
    - Engage with strategic Federal, SLED, and SMG accounts to drive opportunity engagement
    - Provide mentoring and training to team members on complex business challenges and solutions
    - Represent the employer at marketing events, conferences, and speaking engagements

    What is Required (Qualifications):
    - 12+ years of overall experience in Public Sector presales
    - 5+ years of first and second line people management experience in software presales
    - BA/BS or equivalent experience in a business or technical-related field
    - Strong understanding of Public Sector regulatory bodies and business models
    - Willingness to travel 50% or more as needed

    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    - 15+ years of experience in a technical presales role selling enterprise-level software
    - Familiarity with electronic signature concepts and enterprise-class software systems
    - Proven success in selling SaaS solutions and leading teams that sell SaaS products
    - Demonstrated thought leadership in the Public Sector and public speaking experience
    - Track record of building and coaching rapidly growing teams
