Inuvika is seeking a Pre-sales and Support engineer, who is fluent in English and Spanish, to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is dedicated, dynamic, flexible, and curious to learn, with a strong technical foundation and the ability to engage confidently with enterprise partners. This role is ideal for former Citrix or VMware employees seeking a familiar environment.

You’ll work with the Inuvika OVD platform – our secure, high-performance, Linux-based virtual desktop and application delivery solution. This hybrid role involves both technical support and pre-sales engineering, suited for someone who excels in problem-solving and customer interaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts, and onboarding sessions in English and Spanish.
  2. Analyze customer requirements and design deployment architectures.
  3. Support sales with technical input on RFPs/RFIs.
  4. Guide on Windows integration, thin client compatibility, and infrastructure planning.
  5. Communicate OVD's value to technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Support technical support activities including troubleshooting and escalation.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • 5+ years in technical support, system engineering, or pre-sales.
  • Experience with Ubuntu/Debian, RHEL-based systems, and Windows administration.
  • Knowledge of authentication, networking, virtualization platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Experience with thin clients, other VDI/DaaS solutions, scripting, cloud environments, remote desktop protocols.
