Job summary

CR Fitness is seeking a Presale Corporate Sales Representative to support pre-opening marketing and corporate sales initiatives for presale clubs in the Phoenix area. You’ll drive lead generation, schedule appointments, and secure corporate perks partnerships ahead of openings.

You will collaborate with the VP of Corporate Sales and presale teams, travel frequently (up to 75%), and play a key role in building early brand awareness and revenue during club launches.

Qualifications

• B2B, D2D, or field sales experience required.
• Proven success in a goal-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Competitive, outgoing personality with a desire to win.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day corporate marketing and sales activities for assigned presale clubs.
• Drive presale results through outbound activity (calls, leads, appointments).
• Build and maintain Corporate Perks partnerships before club openings.
• Attend community events and presale activations to generate leads and secure corporate accounts.
• Support the implementation and execution of the Corporate Perks Program within presale clubs.
• Ensure presale sites are supported with marketing materials and on-site staffing for events.
• Maintain tracking and reporting of outreach, leads, and closed accounts.
• Ensure all corporate accounts align with program standards.
